Medrose Caterers understands the need for fully trained staff. Our training and development plan is aimed at all the levels in catering, from operation, functional coordination, menu planning, dietary requirements, hygiene training, etc.

We have a special in house cleaning company to train our staff in regards to hygiene.

Our culinary skills of all levels are conducted out to our employees by highly qualified chefs trained at 5 star establishments.

We at Medrose Caterers realize the importance of a balanced nutritional meal for our retirement and Frail care facilities, consequently we are always holding meetings with our dietitians and on going training to address the needs of our customer, residence and patients.
